INTERNATIONAL FOREST PRODUCTS RANKED USA’S 45TH LARGEST EXPORTER
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- International Forest Products Corporation (IFP) of Foxborough, Mass. has moved up 55 positions in the past four years and now ranks 45th on the list of the Top 100 Exporters for 2005 by the Journal of Commerce. They are the only Massachusetts-based company to make the Top 100 list. The rankings are based on containerized shipments.

In 2001, the company ranked as the 100th largest U.S. exporter with a volume of 7,300 TEUs. IFP has since tripled its volume to 21,800 TEUs in 2005.

“Diversification of our products and our target markets have helped us achieve this impressive growth,” said Daniel Kraft, President and Chief Operating Officer of IFP. “It is a testament to the dedicated work of our IFP team, which is headquartered in the United States and does business throughout the world.”
